Wir durften mit Female Fronted Power über die Entstehung von Acanthus, unser Debütalbum Pay For Impressions und die Geschichten hinter unseren Songs sprechen.
Von unseren Anfängen 2022 über den Weg zur finalen Besetzung bis hin zu Themen wie Heimat, Verlust und inneren Kämpfen in Songs wie Jiyan oder Death Of The Fox – ein ehrlicher Einblick in unsere Musik und unseren Antrieb.

Auch unsere Einflüsse, das Vocal-Konzept und der Ausblick auf kommende Live-Shows und das Musikvideo zu „Fall For The Ink“ waren Thema.

We had the pleasure of talking with Female Fronted Power about the beginnings of Acanthus, our debut album Pay For Impressions, and the stories behind our songs.
From our formation in 2022 to finding our final line-up, lyrical themes like loss and identity in tracks such as Jiyan and Death Of The Fox, as well as our influences and vocal approach.

We also talked about upcoming live shows and our music video for “Fall For The Ink.”

Represent 2025 – it was a blast! Thanks a lot for having us and giving us the stag(e) to (reh)present our music to an awesome crowd! We want to thank the whole team and tech crew of the Franz K club for the opportunity, perfect organization of the whole event and the tasty catering of @simsim.reutlingen . It was an awesome evening with @maybe.yesterday_band @phil_music_official and @admiralvansnyder and an AWESOME CROWD! You rock also special thanks to our master of sound @connernelson53!
And last but definitely not least: It’s time for a huge shoutout and THANK YOU to all the loyal fans, family and friends coming to our concerts and supporting us on our path – before, during and after our shows and in so many more different ways!
